Burnside Park Playground is a fun, open space for kids to climb, swing, balance, and explore. With a large wooden fort, monkey bars, wobbly bridges, climbing tyres, and a wave-shaped climbing structure, there’s something for every kind of play. The playground sits beside a big grassed field with shady spots and picnic areas.

Dogs are allowed but must remain at least one metre from the playground equipment.
While there are no toilets or drinking fountains directly next to the playground, you’ll find both a short walk down the driveway near a smaller playground.
This open, sun-filled playground is best accessed from Avonhead Road, where you’ll find street parking directly outside.
