We have a couple of different roles available

Part Time / Casual

Variable hours but predominantly Friday, Saturday and Sundays

Full Time
Fixed term until end of January 2019 (Unless extended)
Days of work Thursday | Friday | Saturday | Sunday | Monday

You will need to be available to work public holidays as required outside of these hours also.

The role primarily consists of running games for customers.

  • Greet customers excitedly
  • Cover off the safety aspects and explain the concept of the game.
  • Watch the team via CCTV and provide hints and assistance when required.
  • Allow the customer to set the pace of the game and not to intrude or over explain the puzzles to them.

Administration aspects

  • Return customer enquiries via e-mail, phone, or face to face.
  • Make bookings for families, teams, couples and corporate groups.
  • Effectively communicate responses professionally.

No specific job experience is required as we assume potential candidates won’t have worked in this specific industry before. However,

  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer service experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of what an Escape Room is, would be an advantage. Having played one even more so. (Even if it’s one of ours)
  • Great communication skills (Alot of our clues are provided via a walkie talkie so clear speaking is essential.
  • You must be available to work Public Holidays.
  • Great written communication skills as a lot of our business comes from e-mails and online queries.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic personality is essential.
